OUR STORY
Technology with purpose. People at the center.
We believe a business deserves more than another vendor. It deserves clarity, practical expertise, and people who take ownership of the work.
WHY WE EXIST
Technology is part of the story. People are the reason.
Chronos Propel was founded on a practical conviction: organizations and consulting firms deserve technical partners who understand that delivery affects real people, customer relationships, and business continuity—not just systems.
Too often, organizations are handed more tools when what they need is clarity. A new subscription when they need better configuration. A rushed replacement when they need thoughtful diagnosis. A report when they need someone to help own the next step.
Our work is founder-led and engagement-driven. We focus on understanding the need, being honest about capacity and fit, defining what will be done, and remaining accountable for the work we agree to undertake.
Chronos. Propel.
Chronos speaks to time, precision, and stewardship—the understanding that every decision has a moment and a consequence.
Propel speaks to forward movement. Technology should create momentum, not just activity.
Together, they reflect our promise of thoughtful progress.
OUR VALUES
A compass for how we work.
Precision
Think through the details. Test what matters. Document the decision.
Integrity
Say what is true, including where there are trade-offs and limits.
Service
Be responsive, useful, and accountable to the people depending on the work.
Legacy
Build systems and knowledge that remain valuable long after a project ends.

FOUNDER-LED BY DESIGN
Meet David Genao.
Founder & CEO | Technology leader | Delivery partner
Before founding Chronos Propel, David spent more than two decades building, supporting, assessing, and leading technology in complex organizations. He began close to the infrastructure—servers, networks, field systems, and critical support—then moved into enterprise architecture, managed services, cybersecurity governance, executive advisory, and cross-functional project delivery.
That breadth matters. A recommendation is more useful when the person making it understands what implementation will demand from the engineers, the operations team, and the business.
His experience includes supporting homegrown ERP environments, conducting comprehensive internal IT assessments, helping mature managed service operations, and leading projects where documentation, reliability, and handoff are as important as launch day.
